Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

We are backed by a 60-day money back guarantee! Not satisfied with your product? We will ensure to give a 100% refund within 60 days if this is the case. Start this process by sending us a email: hello@ibis-Organics.com. This must be done within the 60 day period of receiving your products.

Ordering Policies:

IbisOrganics does not accept returns. Reports of errors, or damaged items, must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date, Sending inquiries to hello@Ibis-Organics.com

Shipping:

Orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items.

IbisOrganics is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. IbisOrganics is unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our very small staff does not work on these days as we feel they deserve to spend time with their families. 

International Customers:

All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment. 

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)

Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
